My Little Artists

Last Friday night the cable, internet, and phone were all down.  This crisis lasted about 10 whole minutes!  I sorta panicked, what were we gonna do if we couldn't watch Micky Mouse Clubhouse! (Come to think of it, it's on DVR, no reason we couldn't have watched it. lol)  Marissa was a little distraught that her NickJr games wouldn't work.  I busted out the crayons and found some paper for the kids to draw on.  Then mentally beat myself up for being so reliant on TV to entertain the kids and addicted to internet.  We do actually play Hide and Seek as a family pretty often, but we've done run out of hiding spots a long time ago.  I think an evening to unplug would do us a LOT of good.  Anyway here's my little artists at work:
